摘要
通过对成渝两地典型饭店产业集群中星级饭店的实际调研,以实证的方法研究了产业集群对饭店企业成长的影响。研究结果表明,在饭店产业集群中,集群资源越丰富,互补性越强,就越能促进饭店企业经营绩效的增长,但是资源的丰富性和互补性对于提高饭店的员工满意度、提升饭店内部品质没有显著影响。饭店企业与集群中其他机构和组织的网络联系越密切,联系效果越好,集群环境越完善,集群的品牌影响力越强大,就越有利于饭店企业成长。
The paper, by using the empirical analysis of star hotels in typical hotel industrial clusters of Chengdu and Chongqmg, conducts a research on industrial clusters' influences towards the hotel business growth. The result shows that, in the hotel industrial cluster, the more abundant and complementary the cluster resources are, the more performances the hotel business can make, but the abundance and the complementarity of the resources have no significant effects on employee satisfaction and hotel internal quality. The networking, environment and brand of hotel industrial cluster are found to positively affect hotel business growth. There is a casual relation between networking and hotel internal quality.
