摘要
探讨新型梳棉机针布配套选型及工艺效果。分析了新型梳棉机锡林、活动盖板、固定盖板、刺辊等针布的梳理作用及其相关具体要求。论述了新型梳棉机针布选型配套原则。通过新型梳棉机针布选型配套应用实例对比,诠释了新型梳棉机几种进口针布和国产针布配套选型的梳理作用和工艺效果。
Card clothing matching selection and processing effect of new carding machine were discussed. Carding effect and related demands were analyzed, including new carding machine cylinder, movable flat, fixed flat, licker-in et al. Selection principle of new carding machine card clothing was discussed. Through contrasting application example of new carding machine card clothing, carding effect and processing effect of several exported card clothing and domestic card clothing on new carding machine are introduced.
