摘要
探讨高效能精梳机工艺技术。分析阐述了精梳准备工序工艺设计要点、三项工艺参数的优化配置与有效纤维损失的关系、给棉方式的特点、精梳落棉率控制以及新型梳理元件的特点和优化配置要求。指出:合理配置精梳准备工序并合数、牵伸倍数、罗拉隔距和小卷定量,可为高效能梳理及合理落棉创造条件;合理设定锡林定位、分离罗拉顺转定时和钳板闭合定时三项工艺,可减少有效纤维损失;应正确把握两种给棉工艺特点,合理配置不同品种的相关工艺;采用大齿面角锡林,优化配置齿条密度,改善梳理质量;根据产品质量定位合理设定落棉率,可以降低成本,提高经济效益。
High-efficiency comber related processing technology was discussed. Some key processing were analyzed and introduced, including key design points of combing preparation, relationship between three processing parameter optimization and effective fiber loss, characteristics of feed mode, control of waste percentage, characteristics and optimization demands of new carding components. It is pointed out that it is helpful to create condition for high-efficiency combing and controlling waste percentage rationally by selecting combing preparation doubling number, draft multiple, roller gauge and lap weight per unit. Effective fiber loss can be reduced by selecting cylinder position, detaching roller clockwise timing and nipper close timing. Characteristics of the two kinds cotton feed processing should be grasped correctly, related processing should be selected according to product. Larger wire face angle was adopted, saw bar density was optimized to improved carding quality. Waste percentage should be selected according to product quality to reduce cost and increase economic benefits.
