摘要 为了提高国产钢领的使用寿命,研究开发出一种新型镀膜钢领。通过非平衡磁控溅射的方法对钢领进行表面处理,在其表面溅射镀DLC薄膜。测试分析了制备的DLC镀膜的表面形貌、膜-基结合强度以及不同频率下的摩擦性能,并与传统的镀Cr钢领试样和光面GCr15钢领试样进行了对比。结果表明:DLC镀膜钢领具有较小的摩擦因数,更好的耐磨性,能够延长钢领的使用寿命。 To increase domestic ring life, DLC film ring was researched and developed. Unbalanced magnetron sputtering method was used to treat ring surface, DLC film was sputtered and electroplated on the ring. DLC film surface appearance,bonding strength of the film-substrate and wear resistance in different frequency were tested and contrasted with Cr-plated ring and polished GCr-plated ring. The results show that friction coefficient of DLC film ring is less,wear resistance of the DLC film ring is better and the ring life can be improved.
