探讨JWF1204A型梳棉机纺制苎麻棉混纺纱的技术措施。针对纺制苎麻/棉85/15 58.3 tex混纺转杯纱梳棉工序生产中出现的问题,采取对新型梳棉机进行加高棉箱或加装木罗拉、将排尘滤网更换为80目/(25.4 mm)2的不锈钢丝布等局部改进措施,优化前部牵伸配置并加装胶圈导棉装置,增大刺辊第一落杂区的长度等工艺优化配置,加强清洁保养工作,最终使梳棉机产量大幅提高,生条质量稳定,所纺制的苎麻/棉85/15 58.3 tex混纺转杯纱质量指标满足了用户要求。

Technology measures of spinning ramie blended yarn on JWF1204A carding machine were discussed. According to the problems in producing ramie/cotton 85/15 58.3 rex blended rotor yarn in carding process, a series of measures were adopted, such as increasing feed cotton box height or installing wooden roller, changing dust filter to be stainless steel fabric with 80 meshes per （25.4 mm）2. Front draft arrangement was optimized and apron guide device was installed. The first dust exclusion zone length was increased and cleaning ＆ maintenance work were strengthened to increase carding machine output and ensure card sliver quality. Finally the quality indexes of the ramie/cotton 85/15 58.3 rex blended rotor yarn can reach user demands.
