摘要
主要探讨了上海地铁二号线车站结构混凝土自防水的意义 ,介绍了所采用的补偿收缩混凝土的特点、机理、养护方法和最终使用效果等情况。同时 ,针对二号线车站单、双层衬砌结构设置的诱导缝、施工缝等不同接缝特点 ,分析了所选用的各种不同防水材料的特性、施工要点和新型防水材料的试用等情况 ,从中反映出二号线车站防水是充分体现了多道防线、综合治理的防水设计原则的。
The paper mainly made researches to the significance of structure self-waterproofing of metro line 2 stations in Shanghai and introduced the characteristic,the mechanism,the curing method and the application effect of the shrinkage-compensation concrete adopted.And it analyzed the characteristic,the construction key points of different waterproofing material used and the new waterproofing materials on probation for the inducement joint and construction joint and other different joints in the metro line 2 stations which have side wall or not.It reflected that the waterproofing of metro line 2 stations fully showed the waterproofing design criterion of multiple waterproofing layer and comprehensive way tackled.
