鸡源嗜酸乳杆菌对蛋雏鸡生长性能、肠道微生物菌群及吸收功能的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Dietary Lactobacillus Acidophilus Isolated from Chicken on Growth Performance, Intestinal Microflora, and the Absorptive Function of Chickens

摘要 试验旨在研究鸡源嗜酸乳杆菌对蛋雏鸡生长性能和肠道微生物菌群的影响。选用1日龄海蓝褐蛋用雏鸡120只,随机分成2组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只鸡。对照组饲喂普通商品化的雏鸡颗粒料,试验组日粮是在对照组日粮中均匀混合添加1%嗜酸乳杆菌冻干粉,试验周期40 d。分别于试验第10、20、30、40天测定各组的日增重和饲料增重比,从每组中随机取8只测定回肠内容物中乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的数量以及回肠中钠-葡萄糖共转运载体1(SGLT1)、葡萄糖转运蛋白2(GLUT2)和小肽转运蛋白1(PepT1)mRNA的水平。结果表明:基础日粮中添加嗜酸乳杆菌冻干粉后,对雏鸡具有促进生长的作用;可提高雏鸡肠道乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌的数量,减少大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌在肠道内的定植和增殖,可提高SGLT1和PepT1 mRNA转录水平,进而提高对葡萄糖和小肽的吸收。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of Lactobacillus acidophilus on the growth performance and intestinal microflora of chickens. A hundred and twenty of 1-day-old Hy-Line Brown Chickens were allocated to 2 treatments with 3 replicates of 20 birds each. Chicks in control group were fed with basal diet, and the tested group fed with basal diet supplemented with 1% freeze-drying powder of Lactobacillus acidophilus. The study lasted 40 days, at the 10, 20, 30, 40th day, chicks in each group were determined the daily gain and feed- gain ratio and were observed ileal contents of 8 chicks were collected for counting Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Escherichia coli and Salmonella. The mRNA levels of SGLT1, GLUT2, and PepT1 in ileal were also determined. The results showed that the diet supplemented with Lactobacillus acidophilus can promote the growth performance of layer chicks compared with the diet in control group. Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in ileal were significantly increased, Escherichia coli and Salmonella were significantly decreased. The mRNA levels of SGLT1, and Pep T1 gene in ileal were significantly increased.
