The processing technique,formula and operation points of functional dried meat slice were introduced in the article.Based on traditional processes of dried meat slice and in order to promote nutritional value and healthy function of dried meat slice by adding some functional factors,technical innovation was finished.It would provide technical reference for the dried meat slice processing enterprise to open up new marketing channel.
