摘要
研究了猪骨深加工产品五香猪骨的加工工艺、配方,对五香猪骨加工工艺关键技术要点进行了探讨,提出了较佳的加工工艺参数。
The processing technology,formula and key processing technology points of the spiced pork-bone were studied in this paper.The better processing technology parameters were presented.
