社区冠心病患者自我管理行为与生活质量的相关性研究

Relationship between self-management behaviors and quality of life among patients with coronary heart disease in communities

目的:了解社区冠心病患者自我管理行为、生活质量现状,并分析两者相关性,为干预社区冠心病患者自我管理行为,提高生活质量提供依据。方法:采用重庆医科大学编制的冠心病自我管理行为量表(CSMS)、简明36项健康状况调查量表(SF-36),对西安市社区211例冠心病患者进行问卷调查,并分析其相关性。结果:社区冠心病患者的自我管理行为得分为(76.51±13.64)分,生活质量得分为(99.35±9.59)分,自我管理总体水平与生活质量总体水平的相关系数为0.365(P<0.05)。结论:社区冠心病患者的自我管理行为和生活质量都处于中等偏下水平,自我管理行为与生活质量呈正相关,社区医务人员应该注意加强对社区冠心病患者的管理,采取提高社区冠心病患者的自我管理行为的有效策略,以期改善和提高其生活质量。

Abstract Objective ： To study the level of self - management behaviors and quality of life among patients with coronary heart disease in community and ex- plore the relationship between the two. Methods ：2l 1 patients with coronary heart disease were selected from communities of Xi＇an city, and they were as- sessed by coronary artery disease self-management scale and SF-36. Results：The score of CSMS of patients with coronary heart disease was （76.51 ± 13.64） and the score of quality of life was （99.35：1：9.59） in communities in Xi＇an city. There were positive correlations between self-management be- haviors of coronary heart disease and total level of their quality of life （ r = 0. 365, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The level of self - management behavior and quali- ty of life in patients with coronary heart disease in communities is poor. Various methods should be adopted to improve the patients＇ self - management be- haviors so that their quality of life can be improved.
