摘要
目的:探讨康复护理对脑卒中伴吞咽功能障碍患者的影响。方法:将2012年1～12月住院治疗的58例脑卒中伴吞咽功能障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组各29例,对照组实施常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理基础上实施以吞咽功能训练为主的康复计划,比较两组患者疗效。结果:观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中伴吞咽功能障碍患者的康复护理可改善吞咽功能,减少肺部并发症的发生,提高生活质量。
Objective ：To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on stroke patients with swallowing restriction. Methods ：58 stroke patients with swallowing restriction from Jan. to Dec. in 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,29 patients in each group. The control group received normal nursing, the observation group received swallowing function training based on the normal nursing. To compare the effect of two groups. Results：The effect in observation group was better than in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with swallowing restriction can improve their swallowing function ,reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications and improve their quality of life.
