Analysis on the factor affecting the rate of accuate in the emergency call register and its strategy

目的:通过分析急诊分诊失误的原因,探寻解决问题的对策,从而达到提高急诊分诊准确率。方法:回顾性分析2012年6～11月共21654例急诊病人的分诊情况。结果:疾病因素、病人和家属因素、医源性因素等均可影响急诊分诊的正确率。结论:找出存在于急诊分诊中的问题,探索解决问题的对策,以更好地提高急诊分诊准确率,从而为挽救急危重症病人的生命赢得更多的时间,提高病人满意度。

Objective：To analyze the causes of errors in emergency triage, explores the countermeasures to solve the problems, so as to improve the emergency triage accuracy goal. Methods：A retrospective analysis from June to November in 2011, a total of 21 654 patients with emergency triage situation. Results： The correct rate of disease factors, patient and family factors,iatrogenic factors can affect the emergency triage. Conclusion ： Find out the existing problems in the emergency triage, explore the countermeasures to solve the problem, in order to improve emergency triage accuracy, thereby winning more time to save the critically ill patient＇s life, improve patients＇ satisfaction.
