Problems and Optimizing Suggestions for Public Bicycle System in Hangzhou

通过分析杭州公共自行车系统存在的三大问题入手，提出针对公共自行车特性提高自行车品质、通过创新服务点建设模式解决服务点布局难题、以分级管理和“倍桩”模式解决租还车难等优化措施。

Through analyzing three major problems of Hangzhou public bicycle system, proposed three optimized measures, which are to improve the quality of bicycles, according to the character- istics of public bicycles, to solve the problem of service points lay- out, through innovative the construction mode of service points, to use hierarchical management and ＂double times of piles＂ mode to solve difficulties in bicycle renting and returning during peak period.
