康妇消炎栓联合微波理疗对慢性盆腔炎治疗的疗效探讨

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Kangfuxiaoyan Suppository Combined with Microwave Physiotherapy in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探讨康妇消炎栓联合微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选择该院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者98例分为观察组(n=49)与对照组(n=49),对照组采用康妇消炎栓治疗,观察组在此基础上给予微波理疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果、临床症状消失时间及复发率。结果观察组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为95.92%、81.63%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组腰骶部酸痛消失时间、子宫及附件压痛消失时间、白带异常消失时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组下腹胀痛消失时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访半年,观察组复发1例,对照组复发7例,观察组与对照组复发率分别为2.04%、14.29%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康妇消炎栓联合微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切,能明显改善患者的临床症状,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Kangfuxiaoyan Suppository combined with microwave physiotherapy on chronic pelvic intlammatory disease. Methods Ninety-eight patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from Feb. 2012 to Oct. 2012 were divided into the observation group and control group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Kangfuxiaoyan Suppository and the observation group was treated with microwave physiotherapy based on the Kangfuxiaoyan Suppository treatment. The therapeutic effect, the time for eliminating the clinical symptoms and relapse rate were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%, higher than that of the control group, which was 81.63%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was significantly difference in the disappearance time of ache of lumbosacral region, tenderness of uterine and appendix and leucorrhea anomalies compared the observation group with control group （P〈 0.05）, There was no significant difference of the disappearance time of lower abdominal pain between the two groups（P〉 0.05）. The patients were followed up for 6 months. There was 1 case recurred in the observation group （2.04%）, 7 cases did in the control group（14.29%）, which had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Kangfuxiaoyan Suppository combined with microwave physiotherapy is effective in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and is worthy of wide clinical application.
