益气化瘀方治疗糖尿病足疗效观察

The Observation of the Effects of Yiqi Huayu Recipe in Treating Diabetic Foot

目的探讨益气化瘀方治疗糖尿病足临床疗效。方法采用随机对照的试验方法,将符合标准的80例合格受试者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组38例,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予益气化瘀方内服,观察治疗前后两组患者疮面的愈合情况、双下肢踝肱指数指标改善情况以及相关实验室指标改善情况。结果①治疗组治疗后Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级例数减少,0级例数增多,与治疗前及对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级例数也减少,但与该组治疗前相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ级改善明显(P<0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ级差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。0级例数增多,与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后溃疡面积、肉芽占有率均较治疗前有明显改善,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且两组治疗后组间相比,治疗组较对照组改善更加明显(P<0.05);②两组治疗后踝肱指数较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05);两组治疗后组间的踝肱指数相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);③两组治疗后FBG、P2hBG、Fib较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),HbA1c水平无明显改变;并且两组治疗后组间的Fib相比,治疗组较对照组改善更加明显(P<0.05)。结论益气化瘀方联合西医治疗在改善临床症状、改善血液循环状态和调节血糖方面疗效确切,具有独特优势。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huayu Recipe in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods The 80 cases were divided for the 42 cases in treatment group and 38 cases in the control group. Based on the treatment in control group, the treatment group were take Yiqi Huayu Recipe. The area of ulcer,limb ankle brachial index and related laboratory index were be observed before and after treatment. Resets （1）Compared with before treatment, there was statistically significant in improving the area of ulcer and granuloma share（P〈0.05）, treatment group improved more obviously（P〈0.05）; （2）The ankle brachial index were improved obviously in The two groups after treatment than before treatment （P〈0.05）;There is no statistical significance between the two groups after treatment （P〉0.05）; （3）After treatment the level of sernmFBG,P2hBG,Fib will be significantly improved,no significant changes in HbAlc levels; Compared to two groups after treatment group, the level of Fib will be improved more obviously in the treat group. Conclusion There is exact effect and unique advantage of YiqiHuayu Recipe Combined with western medicine treatment in improving the clinical symptoms, improve blood circulation state and curative effect of regulating blood sugar.
