摘要
目的探讨16层螺旋CT在主动脉壁内血肿诊断中血管成像的应用价值。方法选取2011年5月—2012年7月间在该院进行治疗的14例主动脉壁内血肿患者为研究对象,对其进行16层螺旋CT主动脉血管成像。结果经16层螺旋CT扫描成像后,能够将主动脉壁内血肿的大小范围、形态变化和分支血管情况立体显示出来。结论 16层螺旋CT在对主动脉壁内血肿进行血管成像时具有准确快速全面的特点,对于诊断主动脉壁内血肿具有重要的临床应用意义。
Objective To explore the diagnosis of aortic intramural hematoma of the clinical application of 16 slice spiral CT value. Methods From May to 2012 2011 July in our hospital for treatment of 14 cases of aortic intramural hematoma patients as the research object, carries on the 16 layer spiral CT aortic imaging identification. Results After 16 slice spiral CT scanning and imaging, to aortic intramural hematoma size range, morphological changes and branch vessels in stereoscopic display. Conclusion 16 slice spiral CT in intramural hematoma of the aorta vascular imaging has rapidly and accurately the characteristics of comprehen sive, for the diagnosis of aortic intramural hematoma has important clinical significance.
