生物芯片在结核分支杆菌抗体检测中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨利用生物芯片技术对结核分支杆菌抗体进行快速检测。方法利用物芯片标本对2000例确诊为结核的患者血液进行LAM、16-kDa、38-kDa信号的检测及结果分析。结果在2000例结核患者中,结核LAM、16-kDa、38-kDa指标的检出率分别为47.2%(944/2000)、18.2%(364/2000)、23.2%(464/2000)。结论生物芯片可用作结核病有效的临床诊断手段。
