摘要
随着曲轴加工精度的提高,其测量的精度要求也更高,对曲轴测量机进行精度和误差补偿能够进一步提高测量的精度,具有十分重要的意义。对曲轴测量机四轴机械系统的空间误差进行了系统、全面的分析;建立了四轴机械系统的空间误差模型,研究了基于激光跟踪仪的空间误差测量方法;通过实验验证,利用激光跟踪仪对曲轴测量机四轴机械系统的空间误差进行了快速、准确的测量,包括机械系统的几何误差和空间运动误差,并进行误差补偿,减少了机械系统的空间误差。
With improvement of the crankshaft machining accuracy, the requirement of measuring accuracy is higher, precision and error compensation on the crankshaft image system can further improve the accuracy of measurement, and has a very vital significance. This paper make a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the crankshaft image system's space error, and then establish the crankshaft image system's space error model, research the measurement method of space error based on the laser tracker. Finally through the experimental verification, this method by laser tracker can make a fast and accurate measurement and compensation of crankshaft image system's space error, including the crankshaft image system's geometric error and the three-dimensional space motion error.
