摘要
基于烟草行业物流管理系统对机械自动化程度要求越来越高,分析研究了自动引导小车(AGV)制动系统。通过可编程控制器控制制动系统,液压制动缸为动力源,采用液压钳盘式刹车结构,在PLC的软件设计和硬件结构的配合完善中实现所需功能。
In logistics management system of the tobacco industry, people have more and more high demand to mechanical automation degree. In this paper, the author makes analysis and research to the automated guided vehicle (AGV) braking system. Through the programmable logic controller to control the braking system, hydraulic cylinder for power supply, the hydraulic caliper disc brake structure. We hope realized the required functions in the PLC software design and hardware structure.
