摘要
根据专家系统理论,提出并实现了一个适合机器人MIG焊接特点的智能混合系统。数据库存储了大量的MIG焊工艺数据,既可以为推理机、知识库提供原始学习样本,也可以为焊接技术人员制定工艺提供参考。开发出MIG焊数据库管理系统便于数据的管理和应用。系统采用VC和Access混合编程,开发出的系统人机界面良好、接口友善,操作直观方便,具备一般应用软件的良好特征。通过MIG焊专家系统的开发,不但可以解决传统MIG焊接工艺研究中存在的工作量大、周期长以及资源浪费等缺点,而且对于推动人工神经网络等智能技术在焊接中的应用具有重要的意义。
According to the theory of expert system(ES) ,an intelligent hybrid system for MIG welding is achieved on the basis of analyzing the traditional welding ES. The database saves large quantities of practical knowledge about procedure design for the MIG welding, so it provides learning samples for the knowledge base and the reasoning machine, but also provides references for welding technicians. Furthermore, the database management system of MIG welding ES is accomplished in order to manage data. The system is mixed-language programmed by Access and VC 6.0. The interface between the users and the system is friendly, the operation is visual and simple, and it also has favorable features of general application software. The MIG expert system can overcome those shortcomings such as large works, long period and resource waste, but also promote the application of artificial neural networks and expert system in welding.
