摘要 脉冲变压器常被用来隔离传递功率MOSFET的栅极驱动信号,其外围电路存在多种拓扑形式。该文提出了一种新型的可负压关断的拓扑电路,并进行了参数设计和仿真验证。该拓扑利用脉冲变压器传递驱动信号和驱动功率,蓄能电容产生二次侧电源,负压电容产生关断负压,无需外加辅助电源即可实现功率MOSFET的快速导通和负压关断。仿真结果显示,和现有的驱动电路相比,它具有抗干扰性好、开关速率快、开关损耗小、可靠性高等优点。 Pulse transformer is always used to be the isolator between gate driver and power MOSFET. There are many topologies about the peripheral circuit. This paper proposes a new topology circuit that uses pulse transformer to transfer driving signal and driving power, energy storage capacitor to supply secondary side power and negative voltage. Without auxiliary power source, it can realize rapidly switch and off state with negative voltage. A simulation model has been used to verify it. The simulation results prove that the new driver has a better anti-interference, faster switching speed, lower switching loss, and higher reliability than the current drive circuits.
