在电梯检查过程中,需要进行限速器一安全钳联动试验。无机房电梯由于结构本身的特殊性和标准、规范的专门规定,导致许多检查人员对限速器一安全钳联动试验不熟练,甚至不会操作。针对该问题,在介绍相关规定的基础上,以三菱ELENESSA无机房电梯为例,探讨无机房电梯限速器-安全钳联动试验的方法,并总结了试验中需要注意的问题。

Governor and safety gear linkage test is necessary in the inspection of room-less elevator. However, quite a few inspectors even do not know the correct method to do this test because of the special structure and consequently the special rules for room-less elevator. According to this, the relative testing rules is introduced in this paper, and then a method to do the test is explained by take Mitsubishi ELENESSA room-less elevator as example. The key points during the test are summarized.
