高速精密车床主轴热倾斜优化设计

摘要 建立了高速精密车床的整机热流模型,并根据此模型进行详细热特性分析,得到了整机的温度分布和变形量大小。以结构热对称优化设计理论为指导,采用增加散热筋板和外加热源的方法,大幅减小了主轴热倾斜(水平倾斜减少83%,竖直倾斜减少92%)。实验结果证明了此优化方法的有效性。 The establishment of the heat flow model of a high-speed precision lathe, and a detailed analysis of the thermal characteristics were based on this model, size and deformation temperature distribution of the obtained. With the structure of heat symmetric optimization design theory as the instruction, by increasing the radiating rib plate and external heating method, greatly reducing the spindle thermal tilt ( horizontal tilt decreased by 83%, 92% reduction in vertical tilt ). The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of this optimization method.
