The Technology of Digital Instrument Recognition Based on Image Processing

摘要 针对数字仪表的自动检定工作,提出了一种基于图像处理技术实现的数字仪表识别方法。通过图像预处理、数字定位与分割、特征提取及数字识别等步骤,可以有效实现数字图片中数字的准确识别。实验证明,应用该方法可以减轻生产强度,提高生产效率。 For automatic calibration of digital instrument, a digital instrument recognition method based on image processing technique is presented in this paper. With pre-processing of digital image, location and segmentation of digitals, features extraction and identification, the correct identification of digitals can be effectively achieved. It is proved that this method can reduce the intensity of production and improve the efficiency of production by experiment.
