As to the actual demand of hybrid ESP and fabric filter precipitator for 600MW unit in power plant, this article designs the electrostatic-fabric precipitator control system. This article sets forth the system framework, briefly describes system working principle, emphasis states matrix control system of pulse valve, introduces the structrue of soft and hardware in detail. The practical application indicates that this technology has following virtues, such as stable and reliable operation function, satisfying the purpose of control integration and transparent factory, realizing the design requirements. The system is practical, high reliability, strong anti-interference capability and high cost-effective.
