电袋除尘器脉冲清灰控制系统设计与应用

摘要 针对某火电厂600MW机组电袋除尘器的实际需求,设计开发了电袋除尘器的脉冲喷吹清灰控制系统。阐述了控制系统架构,简要描述了该控制系统的基本原理,阐述了控制系统的脉冲阀矩阵控制电路,以及软硬件结构、主要功能、重要参数。实际应用表明,控制系统运行稳定可靠,实现了电袋除尘器的自动化智能运行,实用性、可靠性高,抗干扰能力强,性价比高。 As to the actual demand of hybrid ESP and fabric filter precipitator for 600MW unit in power plant, this article designs the electrostatic-fabric precipitator control system. This article sets forth the system framework, briefly describes system working principle, emphasis states matrix control system of pulse valve, introduces the structrue of soft and hardware in detail. The practical application indicates that this technology has following virtues, such as stable and reliable operation function, satisfying the purpose of control integration and transparent factory, realizing the design requirements. The system is practical, high reliability, strong anti-interference capability and high cost-effective.
