摘要
配平活门通过控制空气阀门的开度以维持飞机特殊管道的温度在一定的范围内。活门由1台三相六拍的步进电机带动。该设计给出了1个由AT89C52作为控制芯片的空气配平活门测控设备设计方案,通过细节完善最终完成测控设备的设计。试验表明,通过使用本测控设备能够准确和高效地完成配平活门的检查和维修。
The trim air valve (TAV) controls the different duct temperatures for the individual aircraft zones and is actuated by a stepping motor. A measurement and control system for TAV based on AT89C52 is described. Whole design is accomplished by designing correlative secondary. The practice shows that this system is helpful to advance accuracy and efficiency of checking and repairing.
