维药白花丹的显微鉴别研究

目的:对新疆地区维药白花丹(Plumbago zeylanica L.)进行显微鉴别研究。方法:采用组织横截面、粉末鉴别等方法对药材的显微鉴别进行研究。结果:对药材的茎横截面和粉末的显微特征进行描述、绘图。结论:白花丹药材茎横截面及粉末的显微图谱具有明显的特征性,可为该药材的鉴定和质量标准的提高提供科学依据。
