摘要
以立、卧两种复合型(转台+摆头)五轴加工中心为研究对象,详细分析、总结出融合CAD平台(Inventor & Solidworks)与数控加工验证平台(Vericut),并采取双向关联方式,分析五轴加工中心计算机辅助设计的方法、原理及工作流程。这些原理与方法,是具备普遍性和实用性的,可被各类高端数控机床设计与制造者借鉴,以改善其相关设计与生产工作的质量、效率及成本目标。
The author studied two kinds of horizontal and vertical hybrid 5- axis MC (rotary table and tilting head) , researched and tracked out the design road map, principles and work flows which are involved in the R&D of 5-axis MC by integrating and two-way associating CAD platforms ( Inventor & Solid- works) with NC MFG verification software (Vericut). These concepts and methods are universal and practical, and can be used for reference by all advanced NC machine tool designers and manufacturers to promote their relevant working quality, efficiency and cost target.
