摘要
采用数控铣磨复合加工机床完成碳块平面的复合加工,并通过对设备加工产生误差及缺陷原因的分析,设计铣磨动力头的调整机构,实现加工设备动力头在水平及垂直方向的微量调整,提高了碳块加工精度,保证了碳块加工质量的稳定。
The design in this article is CN milling composite for the processing in the both sides of carbon block. By cause analysis for the error and defect of the machine, the adjustment device of the milling driving u- nit is modified. The micro adjustment device can adjust the position in the horizontal and vertical direc- tion.
