基于加工中心的插齿槽开发设计

摘要 分析了两种新产品插齿槽工艺,改变传统插床及数控插床插齿槽工艺,提出了一种用加工中心进行插齿槽加工的新工艺并用宏程序编程,设计了专用插刀和插刀安装原理;减少了插床设备,节约了费用和成本,而且零件一次装卡定位。实践证明,这种工艺方法提高了工件的表面质量和几何精度,取得了好的经济效益,具有一定的推广价值。 A new slotting operation method is taken by a machining center with a macro program without a tradition- al slotting machine and its operation after the slotting methods for two kinds of new product have been an- alyzed, in which a special slotting cutter was designed and fixed, so the equipment cost will be reduced and the work-piece will be fixed more simply. The practical results have showed that the surface and tri- dimensional precision for the machining objects can be improved by the method with a better economic benefit so that it can be popularized.
