摘要
参考商业化运动控制网络Synqnet,提出一种适于数控领域的多轴联动高速运动控制网络结构,完成了相关的网络通信协议、主从节点控制芯片的逻辑设计并给出了其VHDL实现方法。采用Lattice的FPGA器件LFXP2-5实现了主从节点控制芯片,主节点采用S3C2410嵌入式处理器实现了网络硬件,最后通过实验验证了所设计的网络。
Synqnet, a commercial motion control network technology is referred, a high speed, multi-axis coordi- nated motion control network is proposed. The network communication protocol, detailed control logic of the host-node and the slave-node and the realization with VHDL is also suggested. Then, control chip for the host-node and the slave-node are developed with LFXP2-5, a FPGA device of Lattice Semi- conductor. In the end, the network hardware is achieved to verify the feasibility of the network with an embedded microcontroller, $3C2410.
