摘要
装配是实现数控机床加工功能的重要环节,零部件之间的联接通常通过螺栓来实现,尤其是关键部位的大公称直径螺栓,其联接质量决定着机床最终的整体性能。由于螺栓施加预紧力的数值影响了螺纹联接质量,通过采用软件分析和相关计算,对螺栓预紧力作出科学的量化,改善了螺纹联接的可靠性和准确性,提高了机床的装配精度和加工稳定性。
Assembly is the essential link to realize the processing function of CNC machine tools, the connection between parts are usually through the bolts, especially the big nominal diameter bolt, it's quality de- cides the whole property of machine tools. Due to the bolts pre-tightening force value, the connection quality of thread is influenced, through analysis and calculation by the software, we could make a scien- tific quantification on bolts pre-tightening force, then improve the reliability and accuracy, and the as- sembly accuracy and machining stability.
