摘要
在ANSYS环境下,根据实验条件建立了金刚石砂轮研磨聚晶金刚石时的有限元分析模型,采用三维热-力耦合有限元法分析计算了冷却和不冷却两种情况下,研磨时间、研磨线速度、研磨压力对聚晶金刚石研磨表面温度场的影响、分布和变化规律。
In ANSYS, according to the experimental conditions, the finite element model of the PCD lapping using diamond grinding wheel was established. The distribution and change of PCD lapping surface's tempera- ture field were simulated and analyzed through applying the corresponding wheel speed and load pressure on the model. By three-dimensional heat-force coupling finite element method, it was comparatively studied in both cases of with cooling jacket or not.
