摘要 将摄像采集的每一帧磨削火花图像通过色彩空间的转换,把图像从RGB色彩空间转换到HSV色彩空间,再将亮度分量图像抽取,把分量图像中亮度值最高的像素点记录统计,作为此帧的火花量值,最后将全部帧记录的火花量值以折线图的形式显示,从而可以以直观的形式帮助磨削人员优化磨削参数。 Using the camera, each frame grinding spark image is recorded. With the color space transformation, the images are switched from RGB color space to HSV color space, and then the V component image is extracted. The pixels of highest value in V component image are recorded as spark value of this frame. Finally all spark value are recorded in the form of an line chart. With the help of that, grinding person- nel can optimize grinding parameters more easily.
