Information Communication and Virtual Organization Environment in Large Scale Construction Projects

本文分析了大型工程建设所存在的信息沟通问题及其组织方面的原因 ,介绍了国外最新的虚拟组织的概念与特点 ,并通过建立虚拟组织环境下的项目信息系统以实现项目信息的横向沟通 ,从而有效解决了诸如信息扭曲、延误以及沟通成本过高等实际问题。

This article analyzes information communication problems and the embeded organizational cause, introduces the concept and characteristics of Virtual Organization. Based on the lateral communication which is realized by the Project Information System in Virtual Organization Environment, some communication problems, such as information distortion, delay and high communication cost, can be effectively resolved.
