摘要
介绍了SINUMERIK 840D sl数控系统在机床技术改造中的硬件连接及软件参数的调试方法,描述了SINAMICS S120伺服系统的调整方法,通过PLC控制程序调试和机床参数的调整,使该机床无论在高精度、高控制功能、高可靠性等各项指标均达到了设计要求。
This paper introduced the hardware connection and the adjustment methods of software parameters of SINUMERIK 840D sl CNC system on technical retrofit of machine tool.And it described test methods of SINAMICS S120 servo system.By adjusting the PLC control programs and machine parameters,the entire machine properties could satisfy the design demands of high precision,high control function and high reliability of the machine tool.
