摘要
以数控铣削常用的BT40和JT40刀柄为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件建立刀柄模型,并对其进行模态分析,获得了BT40和JT40的振动特性。根据刀柄的性能和特点来优化机床整体结构,为数控机床主轴结构、额定转速、X/Y/Z最大进给速度、丝杠螺距设计,切削用量选择提供重要理论指导。
Taking BT40 and JT40 tool shank of NC milling as the research object, this text has established solid model, analyzed the model of BT40 and JT40 tool shank by ANSYS software, and obtained the vibration characteristics. According to the performance and characteristics of tool shank to optimize the overall structure of machine, it was very important that providing theoretical guidance for CNC machine spindle structure, rated speed, X/Y/Z maximum feed rate, screw pitch, cutting parameters etc.
