摘要
针对现有装备维修可达性评价方法的不足,构建了维修可达性评价指标体系,研究了在虚拟仿真环境中的单个指标评价方法,利用指标关联度和有向图构建了评价关联矩阵,基于矩阵积和式提出了维修可达性综合评价模型。以装备的动力系统为实例进行了方法验证,结果表明该方法对于实现在装备数字样机设计过程中,同步开展装备维修性评价工作具有重要参考价值。
Aiming at the disadvantage of existing equipment maintenance accessibility evaluation method, building maintenance accessibility evaluation index system. Based on virtual simulation, and put forward a method of equipment maintenance accessibility evaluation in the virtual environment, using indicators correlation degrees and directed graph to build evaluation incidence matrix. In this paper, maintenance accessibility comprehensive evaluation model is put forward based on matrix product, at last power system of equipment is verified as an example. It is significant for developing maintainability verification and in- creasing Equipment MaintainabiXity in the course of equipment digital mock-up designing.
