摘要
受现场地质及地形条件限制,锦屏一级水电站工程砂石加工系统选用加工性能较差的变质石英砂岩加工粗骨料,选强度较低及易成粉的大理岩制细骨料。为使所生产的骨料满足大坝混凝土要求,经研究比较,采用溜井和溜槽运输有用料,长距离胶带机运输半成品料;采取反击破整形特大石,选粉机风力分级控制人工砂石粉含量。上述新技术的应用满足了锦屏水电站施工需要,对类似工程的人工砂石骨料生产有借鉴作用。
Limited by the field terrain and geological conditions of Jinping Hydropower Station,metamorphic quartz sandstone with poor properties was used to produce coarse aggregate and marble that had low strength and was liable to becoming powder easily,was adopted to produce fine aggregate.For meeting the requirements of concrete construction,the following measures were designed to overcome the poor properties: useful material was conveyed by chutes or drop shaft and semi-finished material was conveyed by long-distance belt-conveyer;the extra-large stone was reshaped by impact crusher,and the stone powder content was hierarchically controlled by air separator.The technical innovations for concrete processing system have fulfilled the construction requirements of Jinping Hydropower Station.
