三滩砂石系统人工砂除粉工艺研究与实践

摘要 锦屏一级水电站三滩砂石加工系统的制砂料源为三滩料场大理岩,系统制砂采用立轴制砂机制砂为主的全干法生产制砂工艺。由于三滩料场大理岩具有抗压强度指标较低,软化系数大,锤击易成粉的特性,立轴制砂机产出的半成品砂石粉含量超标。为保证成品砂质量要求,经试验研究采用选粉机对超量石粉进行脱除,生产效果良好,成品砂的石粉含量可控制在18%以下,其经验可供其他水电工程施工借鉴。 The raw material for Santan aggregate production system,an aggregate production plant of Jinping I Hydropower Station,mainly is marble mined at Santan quarry.Whole dry-processing method was adopted in sand production and vertical shaft sand-making machine is the main equipment.However,due to poor features of the marble such as low compressive strength,high softening coefficient and easily powdering under impact,semi-finished products made by the machine contain high content of sand-powder.After comparison,air separator was adopted to remove the excessive stone powder and the production was proved to be effective.
