摘要
锦屏印把子砂石料开采场位于大奔流沟下游的雅砻江左岸临江斜坡上,斜坡最大自然坡高约800 m,设计开挖最大坡高518 m。为保证开挖边坡的稳定,采用预应力锚索将滑动岩体与稳定岩体紧密连结为一体,使整个边坡内外形成一个巨大的钢框架结构。框架梁采用C25混凝土浇筑,框架嵌入坡面25 cm,锚索注浆采用M735水泥砂浆,锚墩采用C735混凝土浇筑。
Yinbazigou quarry of Jinping Hydropower Station is located at the left bank of Yalong River,about 750m downstream of Dabenliugou gully,and the maximum height of natural slope is about 800m with excavation height up to 518m.In order to ensure the stability of the slope excavation,prestressed lattice beam was designed to strengthen the high slope in construction.The lattice beam,with anchor pier of C735 concrete,was embedded into slope surface about 25cm,and M735 cement mortar was used in cable grouting.The design idea and mechanism of the prestressed lattice beam were analyzed as well as the construction process and technical key point.
