锦屏一级水电站三滩砂石系统成品骨料供应管理

Finished aggregate supply management of Santan aggregates production system in Jinping Ⅰ Hydropower Station

三滩右岸人工骨料生产系统承担锦屏一、二级水电站约730万t成品骨料生产任务。针对系统供料强度大、骨料堆场狭小、受料单位多等困难特点,监理机构在供料计划、生产、计量、协调等方面制订了完善的管理计划。系统多年运行经验表明,有效的管理计划保证了系统供料的有序进行,确保了锦屏一、二级水电站供料要求。

The Santan artificial aggregate production system at the right bank of Yalong River provides 7.3 million tons finished aggregate for Jinping I and II Hydropower Stations.Aiming at the difficulties of intensive concrete supply,narrow aggregate piling yard and multiple aggregate-using units,the supervision organization established a perfect management plan containing supply,production,measurement,coordination.Years of the system operation shows that the management plan has guaranteed the aggregate supply system running orderly,and ensured the concrete construction demand of Jinping Ⅰ and Ⅱ hydropower stations.
