应用Excel VBA软件管理砂石骨料销售数据探讨

由于水利水电工程施工中砂石骨料销售统计数据量大、操作繁琐,为加强砂石骨料销售管理工作,根据工作实践,设计了一款砂石生产系统骨料销售数据管理程序,即Excel VBA程序。介绍了该程序的界面布置、主要功能等。利用程序可通过简单的用户界面实现砂石骨料销售数据的录入、修改、统计、查询等功能。经测试,应用该程序可减少重复操作,效果良好,一定程度上提高了骨料销售自动化管理水平。

The sale data quantity of sandstone aggregate in the construction of hydropower stations is large,so the statistics is tedious.In order to strengthen the sale data management of sandstone aggregate,a program,of Excel VBA,for managing the sale data is developed according to years of practical experiences.The interface layout and main function are introduced.The functions of input,modificationcorrection,statistics and check of the sale data can be realized through simple user interface by using this program.Through tests,this program can reduce repetitive operation with satisfying effects,which improves the automatic management level of aggregate sale.
