基于Fluent的热压板温度场分析及优化

Analysis and optimization of hot platen's temperature field based on Fluent

以某公司生产的热压板为例,基于传热学的有关理论,给出了热压板温度场分析关键参数选定的有关理论。利用Fluent有限元分析软件对不同回路的热压板进行了温度场分析,对分析结果进行了探讨。在上述分析结果上对热压板的回路布置进行了优化,结果表明新的回路布置更加符合工程要求。

Taking a company＇s particular hot platen as an example, the key parameters selected theory of the hot platen temperature field analysis is given, which is based on the heat transfer theory. Using the Fluent software to analyze the different channels temperature field of the hot platen, and then the results of the analysis are discussed. The channels layout of the hot platen on the results of the above analysis is optimized, the results show that the new channels layout meets the engineering requirements better.
