挖掘机驱动桥壳体专用加工中心设计与研究

摘要 针对使用通用数控机床加工驱动桥桥壳重复定位误差较大,定位调整时间长,效率低下等问题,介绍了一种专用加工中心的设计。该加工中心采用专用夹具,使工件可以快速准确定位;通过高精度转台转换工位,可以使工件一次装夹完成多种工序加工。实践证明,该加工中心实现了驱动桥桥壳的自动化加工,保证了加工精度,提高了生产效率。 Processing driving axle housing by CNC machine tools has some problems, such as large re-position errors and long time for positioning adjustment and low efficiency, etc. A design for special machining center is introduced, which uses the special fixture to position workpiece quickly and accurately; switches workstation by an high-precision turntable to process a variety of procedures with one time clamping. Practical application shows that the machining center achieves automation manufacturing of driving axle housing, guarantees machining accuracy and improves production efficiency.
