摘要
针对高精度孔加工难点分析了造成加工误差的原因,从减小机床定位误差、装夹误差、受力和受热变形的影响等方面采取工艺措施,从而大幅度提高了合格率。
For the high accuracy bore processing difficulty of trestle parts, this text analyzes the reason of processing error, takes craft measure of reducing the influence of the fixed the heat transform of machine tools, consequently raised qualifi position error, the fixed clamp error and ed rate significantly.
