This article mainly described the applications of MR analysis in the neighborhood area optimization. Com- pared with traditional optimization methods, the measuring comprehensiveness, neighbor accuracy, and handover time de- lay was improved. At the same time, the benefit was introduced with some commercial network cases in which this optimi- zation means has been applied, which has important practical significance.
