高能耗低效益固网交换设备退网分析

摘要 规模庞大的公共交换电话网络作为一种强大的网络资源给电信运营带来了巨大利益,但是,传统的交换设备往往都具有较高的能耗,也导致巨大的成本支出,给电信运营商带来很多压力。文中着重阐述了传统交换网络的特点、使用现状以及其在应用过程中所表现出来的问题,同时在此基础上提出了高能耗低效益固网交换设备界定和评估的方法,并且就交换网络各个层次的退网策略进行了深入的探讨与分析。 Large public switching telephone network, as a strong network resources, brought huge benefits to telecom business. However, the traditional switching equipments often have high energy consumption, also lead to huge cost, these brought a lot of pressure for telecom operators. This paper expounds the characteristics of the traditional switching net work, uses status and the problems in the application, and on the basis of this, puts forward the definition and evaluation method of fixed network switching equipment which is high energy consumption and low energy efficiency, discusses and analyses the back network strategy of each level of the exchange network.
