摘要
引用企业中广泛运用的岗位胜任力模型理论,施测自编的《大学生初入职岗位胜任力模型调查问卷》,以期为高校人才培养与企业用人需求的对接提供科学支持和依据。研究结果显示,沟通协调、团队合作、敬业精神与责任意识等是企业认为对各岗位而言均重要的胜任特征,而诚信、专业知识、动手实践能力、创新、执行力、学习发展、语言表达、主动性、弹性与适应能力等胜任特征则被不同企业和岗位所看重。各岗位各有侧重,且在对诸多胜任特征的重视程度上存在极显著差异。
In order to provide scientific support and evidence for the butt-joint between the personnel training of colleges and employing demand of enterprises, the paper quoted competency model which was widely used in enterprises, and implemented the self-compiled Questionnaire of Competency Model of Initial Entry Position for University Graduates. Results displayed that communication, teamwork, dedication and responsibility were regarded as important competencies for each position by all enterprises, integrity, professional knowledge, practical ability, innovation, execution, learning and development, language ex- pression, initiative, flexibility and adaptability was considered important by different positions of enterpri- ses. Each position had its own focus, and showed extremely significant difference on the importance for a lot of competencies.
