Practice and Exploration of Family Doctor Work in Rural Area of Shanghai

本文报道了上海嘉定区华亭镇农村地区家庭医生服务通过树立"一家亲"的服务理念,组建健康教育支持中心、专家医疗支持中心、运行保障支持中心三个支持中心和提供基本医疗服务包、健康促进管理包、慢病康复服务包、妇幼卫生保健包、老年健康保健包五项惠民服务包,探索了一条适合农村推广的家庭医生健康管理服务模式。

This paper reports that, in family health services in rural area of Huating Town in Jiading District of Shanhai, a philosophy of ＂ all being the members of one family＂ has been set up, and thus three centers of home health education support, expert medical support center, and operation guaranteeing support are established, providing five mass - benefiting service packages of basic medical care, health promotion management, chronic disease rehabilitation, maternal and child health care, and elderly health care, and eventually a health service management model by family doctors suitable for promotion in rural areas is developed.
